1) Agreement to Terms
By using BigHazeMusic.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2) Digital Products & Delivery
We sell digital products (music packs, downloads, and related digital items).
After purchase, digital items are delivered via instant download or through a secure delivery email/page.
3) Premium Quality & Transparency
Where stated, digital packs may include WAV (studio master) files and MP3 files. Product pages describe what is included—please review before purchase.
4) Personal Use / Support Use (Simple, clean usage rules)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are for:
- Personal listening and supporter use
- Downloading and storing your files for personal playback
You may not:
- Re-upload, redistribute, resell, or share the files publicly
- Claim ownership of the recordings
- Upload the files as your own release or to DSPs under your name

5) Refund Policy (Digital)
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final once delivered/downloaded, unless required by law.
If you have a technical issue (broken link, missing file), contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
6) Pricing & Availability
Prices and product availability may change at any time. We may limit quantities for certain items (including limited drops).
7) Orders, Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent or abusive. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of access to digital downloads.
8) Merch & Third-Party Stores
Some merch links may direct you to third-party platforms (for example, Intercept Music). Purchases made on third-party sites are governed by their policies.
9) Intellectual Property
All music, visuals, logos, artwork, videos, and website content are owned by Big Haze or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
